StarProof — is this repo's popularity real?

Bought stars and astroturfed repos follow a fingerprint: thousands of stars, almost no forks, no real language, no license, an org named after the product, topics stuffed with keywords, and stars arriving far faster than any real community grows them. StarProof pulls the repo through the GitHub API and scores that fingerprint, with the evidence listed.
